  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    We cannot hold a property without an approved application.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    Tenants will pay the security deposit and any rent due from the date of move in though the end of month. First month’s rent may be prorated if the tenants isn’t moving on the 1st of the month.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    The deposit is fully refundable as long as there is no damage.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    You can apply through our website!
  • How do I pay rent?

    Messbarger Property Management invites you to our payment portal to make monthly rent payments easy. You can select to Auto Pay through the portal as well. We also offer an ACH option.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Please contact us to verify the pet will be approved. If approved, you must sign a pet addendum and pay applicable pet deposit fees.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Please contact Messbarger Property Management if you have a maintenance concern. You can enter your request in our Maintenance Portal online. Tenants are not responsible for repair costs.
